Ustream is a website which consists of a network of various channels providing lifecasting and live video streaming of events online.
This reminds me a little of powerpoint. You can actually conduct a meeting without yourself actually doing the presentation using the tool.
You can be in one place and set up meeting cities away.
It is a very convenient tool.
